How to print inspection forms on 8 1/2" x 14" (legal) size paper.
1. Click on NEW YORK VFW .
2. Click on DEPT NY
3. A drop down menu will appear. Click on "Forms"
4. A menu of forms will appear. Click on "Inspection Report".
5. When the forms appear, hold down the "Ctrl" (Control) key,
and, while holding it down, press the letter "p".
6. The following will appear:
DO NOT PRESS "Print"! Instead, click on the blue print below the "Color" box, which reads: "Print using system dialog...(Ctrl+Shift+P)"
7. The following for your printer will appear (not the 6500 as in this example, unless you also have one!)
8. Press "Preferences" (or another possibility would be "Settings").
9. The following will appear:
10. Press "Paper/Quality". The following will appear:
11. Click on the box to the right of "Paper Size". From the menu, click on "Legal".

13. Be sure you loaded "Legal" size paper in the printer. Then press "Print" inside the printer dialogue box (the small box on the top left that you have been using).
